Hi, my name is Quan and I am currently a junior at George Mason University. During the aftermath of Katrina, the company I was working for, Lenscrafters in Springfield Mall had helped victims from the tragedy acquired new glasses. I didn\'t get to see many victims but the few that I saw looked very devastated. I remember one lady in particular, she came in our store with a large size nylon bag, I think, filled with all her belongings. Through further conversations, I was able to find out more about her situation and I honestly have to say that she handled it a lot better than I would have. After giving her a brand new set of glasses, you can really see the glow on her face. She was extremely happy because finally she can see the world again with her own prescription and not someone else\'s. That was the most amazing thing I could remember and probably will never forget it for the rest of my life.
