My life has been turned upside down and will never be the same. The steps I took after the hurricane, in a severe state of depression will affect me for the rest of my life. I have not been able to get on with my life and have been unable to function in a regular manner. I am still in a FEMA trailer in St Bernard Parish and have nothing left. No house, car, clothes, furniture & fixtures, etc.\r\nI have serious medical problems and finally have hospitalization through my job, but after the storm, I did not workfor 8 months. Until the hurricane, I was never unemployed from the time I was 16years old. I am now 43.
