Sixteen months after Katrina hit, Gentilly homeowners face only gutted houses. New Orleans life is still up in the air. Levees still are not ready, no doctors to visit, no reassurance we will be able to afford insurance. At age 83, what the heck are people supposed to do? Wait on the LRA until the grave? Lord, help us.
