Irvan\'s wife, Louise Perez, at a festival in Nachez, LA, having dinner with friends.\r\n\r\nIrvan Perez: a singer who specializes in Decimas songs, traditional songs from the Isleno/Spanish people which were impromptu and based on local stories or people; sang at Carnegie Hall with a group from all over in about 1992. Louise was a farmer\'s daughter and Irvan was the son of a fisherman.
