My 59 year old sister, Sheril Moore evacuated alone from Clear Lake near Houston on Thursday, the day before Rita hit land. This was also the worst day of traffic flow for people trying evacute. She arrived in Oklahoma and was last seen around midnight Friday night when she was stopped by 2 policemen who reported that she seemed fatigued and disoriented. They also reported that they stayed with her about 20 minutes and determined she was ok, so they put her on the highway going North as was going to Colorado to her son\'s house. She as not seen again until her car was found abandoned 3 weeks later on private land south of where she was stopped. Her remains were discovered nearly a month to the day since she became missing. The cause of death is undetermined.\r\nI don\'t know if the attachment I have included is complete.
