My name is Graeme I am from the westbank of nola. My mother and father and I evacuated when Mr.Nagin announced how the hurricane was going to come up the mouth of the river. This is what learned about in like hight school enviornmental science class. That the city will flood on both sides if a hurricane is to come up the mouth of the Mississippi River. So my father had a office in little rock so we evacuated up Benton Arkansas. This is where we have always evacuated for a storm. I can still remember the people down stairs in the hotel screaming when the heard the new s that new orleans was flooding. Most where from St.Bernard parish in which they already new that water greater that 20 feet swept threw there livelihood, and destroyed everything. I thought we where lucky, but my Dad decided to move up to little rock becuase of how the city flooded. He moved his whole corp office up here. God it sucks so bad I have been here ever since katrina. I was able to continue my education I am know in a masters of science in emergancy management. I will then start my masters in public admin. Hopefully with my education I will be able to secure a job at city hall in new orleans. My ultimate goal is to keep the rebuilding process going to build a stronger new orleans.\r\n\r\nSincerly,\r\nGraeme
