I remember the day when I woke up and heard the news about it. I was stunned with what had ahppened and didn't understand why. My parents had been discussing politics when this occured and I couldn't make the connection about why. Then during the next few months I was really depressed about it because so many people had gotten hurt. My step dad went down to help rebuild some of the houses.
