LSU announced that classes for Monday are cancelled, due to the the imminent clean-up efforts that will surely be underway after Hurricane Rita roars through Baton Rouge.

The missed day of class will be made up on the first day of "Fall Break" (yep, like Spring Break but in the fall semester).

According to the LSU Sports Web site, the rescheduled LSU-Tennessee game here in Baton Rouge on Monday night at 6:30 p.m. is still set.
