Evacuee testimonial from Acadiana Outreach Center: Ruby C experienced Hurricane Katrina in one of the hardest hit areas, Gulfport, MS. She was sheltered in her grandmothers home but the roof blew off during the storm. Ruby is in need of housing and basic essentials.
