Irvan Perez: a singer who specializes in Decimas songs, traditional songs from the Isleno/Spanish people which were impromptu and based on local stories or people; sang at Carnegie Hall with a group from all over in about 1992. Louise was a farmer's daughter and Irvan was the son of a fisherman.
