Online Image Contribution, Hurricane Digital Memory Bank

A white car is nearly submerged in floodwater on a tree-lined street, with only its roof and upper body visible above the water's surface; an onscreen timestamp reads "30 1:43 AM."

As you can see, the streets flooded at the height of the storm. ( Actually the water gushed from the storm drains.) Interesting enough, later that evening (Aug 29) the streets were dry.
