GULFPORT, Miss. ( Sept. 15, 2005) Coast Guard Port Security Unit 309 Petty Officers Steve Hornyak and Steven Rabinovich distribute free ice, water and Meals Ready to Eat (MREs) to Hurricane Katrina survivors.
