Repairs on the Lucky Super Market began earlier this year, it was raised to repair a joist and most of the studs on this corner wall, then it was covered in tyvek.....this was 6-8 months ago, maybe they ran out of money or something else happened. Next door is Dunbar's Creole Cooking Restaurant it sits in pretty much the same condition it has for over a year, partially gutted .... I saw plans for a new building for Dunbar's...... I'll leave it at that for now
