We're on West End Blvd. and are looking back closer to where the white camp with the tin…

Storm-wrecked lot along a flooded street, strewn with scattered debris, a rusted metal drum, and twisted pipes, with a white metal building on stilts and a pedestrian bridge in the background.

We're on West End Blvd. and are looking back closer to where the white camp with the tin roof used to be (behind the top left tree). West End is virtually flattened. All restaurants that were built over the lake water are gone. The National Guard wouldn't let us go any further than here.
