My dad was apart of katrina. He was living here during the storm and after the storm he lost everything. He lost his house and all of his possesions. He had to row a boat down the streets to find a place to sleep. He had to walk through water waist high to find a shelter. When it was dark a miracle happened. When he was gonna have to stay overnight outside some lady with a flashlight lead him to a shelter. God'd grace saved him that night from a horrible storm.
