Just before leaving my home in Belle Chasse in light of Hurricane Isaac, this double rainbow appeared in front of my house. We left with the feeling that we'd be all right coming home, like God's Promise in the Bible. We left with something pretty, something promising, in the wake of destruction. We did end up with some roof and ceiling damage, but my family came back together with a house still standing.
