St. Paul's School, New Orleans

Flood-damaged classroom with overturned desks and chairs, mud-coated floor, water-stained cabinets, and a toppled television amid scattered debris.

This picture, taken by my mother, is of a classroom inside St. Paul's Episcopal School on Canal Boulevard in Lakeview, New Orleans, one month after the storm. My little brother was attending St. Paul's prior to Katrina.
