I took this while on foot patrol along the levee. This is in the Mirabeau Ave area. A squad of MPs from Massachusetts 747th Mp co. Patrolled this area looking for any surviors and looters that remained in 100+ degree heat with 90%+ humidity. You can\'t imagine what it smells like unless you were there.
