This is an \"open letter\" I wrote to my extended network of friends around the country, as a way of describing my experiences and letting them know what was actually going on down here, and about some of the issues surrounding how the storms affected the people and the area.\r\n\r\n It started out as a \"letter\", but turned out to be an article that covered the process of returning and rebuilding over the course of the first 9 months.
