Post Katrina 121005 009_cd74cb1c01.jpg

We had come to New Orleans in December after Katrina to help my parents. We wanted to see places I had lived in. We were on Harrison Ave. before Canal Blvd. heading east when my friend hollered at me to stop. I stopped, backed up, and then cracked up when I saw the sign, \"Garden of the Month\" next to this wonderfully fresh plant. With this type of fortitude, how can we not come back.
