The photos are of the \"queens\" crowned each year in honor of the celebrations; names and dates are captioned for each photo.\r\n\r\nCecile Jones Robin is a 75 year-old resident of St. Bernard Parish and a member of the Isleno community. She was married to Charlie Robin, Jr., who passed away on January 21, 2006. She has four children and 14 grandchildren. She wrote for the Baton Rouge Advocate. She originally came to Chalmette, LA. in 1945.
