BATON ROUGE, La. (Oct. 6, 2005) Coast Guard Petty Officer Third Class Thomas Bremer, a marine science technician from Coast Guard Sector New York, monitors contractorsÕ work to clean up the oil at the Bass Enterprises South Facility in Cox Bay, La., Oct. 6, 2005. Hurricane Katrina caused an estimated 3.8 million gallons of oil to be released at this facility.
