hung to dry or drip\r\nblood, the collected\r\neffort of twenty thousand dead\r\nfloating down the street past\r\nfast food and last call\r\nlooters. bullet in the head of\r\nan entire city, fired forth\r\nfrom the belly of a beast.\r\n\r\nfire on top, water on bottom.\r\nbuildings burn down while the\r\nsour smell of bodies traces its way\r\nto aerial photographers.\r\n\r\nammonia eats away at already\r\nrotted flesh as one lonely\r\nwanderer wades through all\r\nthe blasphemy searching for shelter\r\nor a new home.
