There is an old saying I truly believe\r\nThat says God moves in mysterious ways\r\nI always wondered why\r\nHow true the saying has evolved today\r\nAs nature reaps its wretched ways\r\nUpon our troubled times\r\nSo now we have another storm\r\nThe gulf has brewed again\r\nHer name this time is Rita\r\nAnd death does ride her wake\r\nIs this God\'s way of testing souls\r\nOnly he knows for sure\r\nSo prepare yourself, for what\'s to come\r\nWhen Rita comes ashore\r\nIf it\'s his will that I should die\r\nI ask dear God to forgive the sins\r\nThat reside so deep within\r\nFor when I enter my home in heaven\r\nAs God has washed me clean\r\nThen I\'ll know the answer\r\nTo the old saying, I truly believe
