The Pigeon Town Steppers Easter Sunday Parade & secondline, 2005.\r\n Evacuated to Memphis after the storm, I thought I might never see another Mardi Gras Indian or dance in a secondline parade ever again. Post-storm, the NOPD raised the fees on the social aid & pleasure clubs and it looked like the Pigeon Town Steppers wouldn\'t make it out for Easter, 2007....but today a judge lowered their fee and we\'ll all see them again. Yeah! See ya on the streets!
