Describes flooded homeowners Donna and Emery and their problems with insurance and FEMA. Donna has heart attack. Volunteer helped couple with caulking. Mucked and gutted houses for one and ahlf weeks. Volunteer describes allergic reaction to mold, face rash, bronchitis.
