Charcoal portrait of volunteer who arrived in Slidell, LA on February 18, 2006 and stayed at Bayou Liberty Camp. Describes flooded homeowners Donna and Emery and their problems with insurance and FEMA. Donna has heart attack. Volunteer helped couple with caulking. Mucked and gutted houses for one and ahlf weeks. Volunteer describes allergic reaction to mold, face rash, bronchitis.
