The Mount Carmel Academy\r\nis a private, Catholic secondary school for girls in\r\nthe Archdiocese of New Orleans. It is conducted by\r\nthe Sisters of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, who have\r\neducated young ladies in New Orleans since 1833.
