The neutral grounds along Pontchartrain Blvd. are being used to collect the tons of debris being trucked in from all neighborhoods. This section is for wood only. Further down the road is debris from houses like mattresses, chairs, clothing, etc. These piles of wood are mountainous as you can tell from the perspective provided by the dump truck.
