After Katrina, people not only had to deal with losing so much, but in the rebuild effort they had to watch out for price gougers. This man was an out-of-town worker being arrested in Slidell after trying to charge my neighbor $5,000 for cutting down a tree. The police were adamant about this and charged him to the fullest. I was impressed with the Slidell Police Department in their efforts to help keep gougers away!\r\n
