Charcoal portrait of Common Ground volunteer Antonio K. Gonzalez drawn just before the Katrina one-year anniversary. Text describes his shock at lack of progress in rebuilding (no traffic lights, etc) and his respect and awe of the Vietnamese American community in New Orleans East. Described protest in New Orleans East where he saw \"old women, grandmas, who were going to face down police, who were 2 feet taller and 100 pounds heavier, to protect their children and neighbors.\"
