I was a junior in high school in 2005 when Katrina hit. My family evacuated to a hick town in Mississippi and we were sharing a small bedroom between the four of us. We left about two weeks after but I couldn\'t return to school until October of that year. When we got back to school there were much more students then there originally was. A lot of the girls from our high school left (but returned in January) and we had a lot of girls from other schools now at our because theres wasn\'t open yet. It was a lot of change and a lot to get used to.
